Federal Mills is widely known Geelong's most exciting professional precinct. Originally built in 1915 as the Federal Woollen Mills, the site was the regions largest employer before Ford and International Harvester came to town. Since 2013 we have redeveloped the derelict site into a home to for over 50 innovative tech and industry based businesses. Housing more jobs than any other stage in the 100+ year history of the site and winning a heritage award along the way. Today it forms part of the Pivot City Innovation District, which is recognised as a key employment project in the Geelong region by both government and independent authorities.
