A revitalisation of Central Geelong.
Bright & Hitchcocks first opened on the site in 1855 and by 1926 it had grown into the largest department store in Regional Victoria. It’s been a constantly evolving icon of central Geelong for generations and we’re currently working to continue the evolution of the building and help reactivate the area.
In 2025, we will be offering flagship spaces from 60sqm to 1200sqm to suit all types of industry. It’s an exciting time for Geelong CBD!
