Hamilton Group is excited for big things in 2025. After a short restorative Summer break, we’re all hands back on deck here at Hamilton HQ in North Geelong, and across our wider construction sites. And we’re excited to get stuck into some very exciting pieces of work this year!
Down the river end of Pakington Street, we eagerly anticipate the imminent opening of our latest hospitality venture, Woolstore Restaurant & Bar . The licensed lunch & dinner venue is intended to complement the offering of our valued tenant, Line Up Coffee whilst enlivening the precinct and wider Rutland St community with a large capacity venue into the evening.
Also on the river, we have transformative plans in place for the Pegasus Antiques building. And we’re looking forward to the completion of The Regent and Bright & Hitchcocks in the CBD and to see the industry and foot traffic returned to central Geelong.
We have two further unique hospitality venues in development in Newtown and Federal Mills, plus a third enterprise further afield. And we have our very first Art Silo project drawing visitors to Federal Mills to admire its innovation and beauty.
Work is fully underway on Henderson’s; a development which will add further depth to the tremendous offering onsite at Pivot City. We’re accepting offers of interest in the founding tenancies, which range in floorspace from 150sqm to 500sqm.
And all the while, we wait just as patiently as everyone else to get started on the restoration of the beauty and potential of Fyansford Paper Mill.
