Overview

The Glass House is the revival of the former Pilkingtons Automotive Glass Factory. Originally constructed in 1934, this heritage-listed art-deco building is being reinvented to house a new generation of innovative tech and industry based businesses. The Glass House development is expanding on the success of the neighbouring Federal Mills site which houses more than 50 organisations. The Glass House design creates a strong pedestrian connection with the businesses and amenities located at Federal Mills. Together these sites form part of the Pivot City Innovation District.
