Bright & Hitchcocks first opened on this site in 1855. By 1926, it had grown into the largest department store in regional Victoria. A constantly evolving icon of central Geelong for generations, we are now developing a plan to further the building’s evolution and contribute to the area’s revitalisation, which also includes our project The Regent Theatre.
The existing building comprises a three level plus basement building, situated on the corner of Moorabool Street and Little Malop, with a third frontage to Rock O’Cashel Lane along with two adjoining strip shops along Moorabool Street

In 2025, we’ll be offering flagship spaces ranging from 112sqm to 1,360sqm, catering to a variety of industries. It’s an exciting time for Geelong’s CBD!
