Federal Mills is widely known Geelong’s most exciting professional precinct. Originally built in 1915 as the Federal Woollen Mills, the site was the region’s largest employer before Ford and International Harvester came to town. Since 2013 we have redeveloped the derelict site into a much-loved home for a wide range of diverse businesses across multiple B2B and B2C industries. Housing more jobs than any other stage in the 100+ year history of the site, and winning a heritage award along the way, it forms part of the Pivot City Innovation District, which was recognised with UDIA Australia’s award of ‘Best Urban Renewal’ in 2021.
